CasaQuilla
Casa Quilla was developed from the same conceptual ground as the Fungi research project: an exploration of language, territory, and living systems as foundations for identity. The process began with meaning — understanding how ancestral words and symbolic structures can shape a contemporary brand. The name Quilla carries layered significance. The keel of a vessel is its structural core, providing stability and direction. In Quechua, Killa means “moon,” evoking cycles, rhythm, and transformation. Casa Quilla lives in that intersection: structure and change, grounding and movement. The name defines the conceptual backbone of the brand. The identity system was conceived as a living structure rather than a static mark. Typography, color, and graphic elements work together to create a contemporary refuge — rooted yet evolving. Instead of literal references to ancestry, the brand translates its logic: connection, interdependence, and cyclical experience.
